The cozy coffee area, fresh baked cookies, and ice cold lemon-flavored water were a delight. The bar was inviting, and the Forsythe Margarita made by Dana was superb. The attentive valet staff and accommodating concierge made our stay stress-free. The spacious, comfortable, and modern room, along with the helpful and cheerful staff, created a fantastic atmosphere. The convenient location for historical sites and restaurants was a huge plus. The friendly and helpful service from Marie at the front desk was the cherry on top of our enjoyable stay.

Hotel was stunningly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable, staff was outstandingly accommodating. Loved our room that was modernized with a wonderful shower and available with a sleeper sofa and a king bed, as example. Everything here was excellent.

The location was very good, when we checked in we were served by a very very nice girl, a pity we didn't keep her name. She was blonde and with glasses, she was interested in our stay and offered us advice on where to go to eat as well as interesting places you can't miss in Savannah. I'm sorry I don't know her name, but I hope you enjoy your trip to Charlotte when you go! The rooms are just like the pictures, the hotel has an outdoor pool, a gym, a bar for drinks and a laundry. We did not use any of these facilities.

Parking was $25, you can park on the street and it's a lot cheaper. The breakfast for me could be improved, it consisted of the basics, it doesn't have many options and even less if you are a vegan.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Savannah Downtown/Historic District is a stunning hotel in a historic area. the staff, especially the receptionist and parking attendant, are friendly and welcoming. the rooms are spacious, equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a sleeper sofa, and a handicap-accessible shower. We choose to stay at this hotel every time we visit Savannah.

Clean and comfortable room. Affable and helpful staff. Only disappointment: breakfast was limited in its food offer. Food too sweet. Would have liked to have pastries and croissants.

The garage was automatically billed to me when I hadn't used it, a little complicated to get a refund.

The facility is quite clean and very functional. It's impersonal, but it's fairly well located.

The breakfast is quite tasteless and a pure ecological disaster. All the dishes are disposable.
